To ensure an activated account with StreetCrowd and wigo carsharing, there are a few important rules to follow:

1. Do not drive a car from a Hot Zone within 3 hours of a StreetCrowd move with a personal wigo carsharing account.  

2. Members must ensure they are parked in a valid parking spot that complies with wigo carsharing and the city’s parking regulations. Review the wigo carsharing parking guidelines to learn more about where wigo carsharing vehicles are allowed to park in your city.​

3. Drive directly to the Hot Zone. StreetCrowd can’t validate moves with a higher estimated distance and/or duration. A member’s StreetCrowd account will be immediately deactivated if these estimations exceed.

4. Members will be charged with the costs resulting from imposed tickets or parking fees due to unlawful parking.

5. Members must notify wigo carsharing of any damages to a wigo carsharing vehicle before accessing and/or driving the vehicle. Before unlocking the vehicle, take pictures and email them to wigo carsharing: streetcrowd@wigomobility.com 

6. You do not need to charge wigo carsharing cars, and you can only leave them at the charging spot if you are going to charge the car. You may not use the charging spot for parking.

7. During StreetCrowd registration, members consent that they shall be liable for damages to wigo carsharing vehicles and abide by the "Terms and Conditions of Use of the wigo carsharing service."

 

100% damage coverage by the member as follows:

​The resulting damage of two or more wigo carsharing vehicles involved in an accident by StreetCrowd members is not covered by the insurance policy and results in 100% damage coverage by the member. ​

1. ​​It is strictly forbidden for two StreetCrowd members, each driving a vehicle, to drive behind one another in traffic.
