To ensure an activated account with StreetCrowd and Awto, there are a few important rules to follow:
-
Do not drive a car from a Hot Zone within 24 hours of a StreetCrowd move with a personal Awto account. Do not drive to a vehicle with a personal Awto account, that is available in the StreetCrowd app within 24 hours of a StreetCrowd move.
-
Members must ensure they are parked in a valid parking spot that complies with Awto and the city’s parking regulations. Review the Awto parking guidelines to learn more about where Awto vehicles are allowed to park in your city.
-
Drive directly to the Hot Zone. StreetCrowd can’t validate moves with a higher estimated distance and/or duration. A member’s StreetCrowd account will be immediately deactivated if these estimations exceed.
-
Each member has 60 exact minutes to travel from point A to point B, time starts running once you unlock the vehicle.
If you exceed the time allowed to carry out the movement, you will be redirected directly in the app to the parking area closest to you to leave the vehicle and lock it. Only the payment of the first movement will be made, that is, once you reserve the car, the value that was indicated by the app is the value to pay. There will be no additional payment for the move to the third point. -
If you exceed the 60 minutes allowed to complete the task, you will be redirected directly in the app to the next closest parking area to park the vehicle and lock it. Payment will only be made for the first move, that is, once you reserve the car, the value that was indicated by the app is the value to pay. There will be no additional payment for the move to the third point.
-
It is the responsibility of the member to ensure that the vehicle is locked. In case it is not possible to lock the vehicle in the StreetCrowd app, contact the Awto customer service team to ensure the vehicle locks.
-
During StreetCrowd registration, members consent that they shall be liable for damages to Awto vehicles. Up to an amount equal to the agreed deductible of 1,000,000 CLP per claim. To see more check the Awto General Terms and Conditions
Please note a number of guidelines to achieve a valid move. A move will be declined in the case of any violations against Awto and StreetCrowd (NECTURE GmbH). If any violations are committed, the consequences of the violation will range from a strike, a member’s account placed under temporary hold, or immediate deactivation of a member’s StreetCrowd and Awto account. The “Three Strike System” is simple, if three strikes are committed the member will unfortunately be deactivated.
